Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders for in stock items will ship within 48 hours. We do not ship partial orders. If you are ordering both an in stock item and a back ordered item and you would like the stock item to ship within 48 hours, please place separate orders.

Back ordered items will ship on the date given in your shopping cart. We do not ship partial line items so in stock quantities should be entered on a separate order if you want them shipped within the 48 hours.

If my back ordered item becomes available before the promised date, will you ship it sooner?

All orders are shipped as soon as the ordered items (in their entirety) become available. We do not accept scheduled orders on this site. If you would like to place a large quantity order with a schedule, please email the particulars to Store@Lytron.com and we will provide a quote.

Does LytronDirect ship internationally?

LytronDirect ships worldwide to over 100 countries. If your country is not included in the list of countries provided please contact us at Store@Lytron.com. Include information regarding part number, quantity, and your shipping location. One of our representatives will contact you.

Can I use my own carrier?

Domestic customers have the option to ship UPS or use their own carrier.

International customers are required to use their own carrier.

Cancellations

Can I add to, change, or cancel my order?

We process and ship orders as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and approved to ship, it has entered our warehouse. Stopping and altering an order at this point is not possible. Orders with lead –times begin the manufacturing process quickly. Therefore, it is unlikely that we can alter orders once they are submitted. Please be sure to confirm exactly what you want to order before you submit it. Please contact us at Store@Lytron.com with questions.

How do I obtain a certificate of conformance for a product?

A certificate of conformance is printed out on the packing slip. A packing slip is included with each order.

Payment and Tax

What type of payment does LytronDirect accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment is collected at the time of order regardless of back order status.

Does LytronDirect charge Sales Tax?

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to California and Massachusetts addresses only. If you are tax exempt and shipping to these states, you must send a tax exempt certificate to Store@Lytron.com prior to placing your order. You will be given a User Name and Password so that you may enter your orders as tax exempt.

Does LytronDirect have minimum order requirements?

Spare parts orders have a $100 minimum. All other orders have a $200 minimum.

Who is responsible for duties and taxes on international orders?

On international orders, the customer is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees.
